Precision component trays are required to have various functions. These include product protection, product stabilization, strength for the product, functionality of the product, cushioning material during transport, cost, orientation of molded products, and efficiency in repacking. We conduct needs assessments based on applications and make proposals, presenting prototypes.
In the case of special precision component trays, we respond by designing molds using reverse molds for vacuum forming to enhance functional strength and precision. In such cases, the molded products may be used with the surface facing inward.
For trays compatible with automatic robots, we create tray shapes that secure the components in place according to the shape of the precision parts, while also preventing any scratches on the terminals by incorporating features that prevent stacking.
